One form on this site collects personal data: the quote request form. Sending it passes us:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number;
• your company name, if you add it;
• the description of your request and the products you chose, with their dimensions and quantities.

We ask for nothing more. The site has no user accounts, no basket and no payments, so we neither collect nor store payment or account details.

Only to answer your request and make you an offer, and where needed to call or write back with clarifying questions. We send no newsletters, build no profiles and make no automated decisions.

The basis for processing is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(b)).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. To deliver the request technically we use service providers who process the data on our behalf:

• Netlify: site hosting and form intake. A sent request is stored in Netlify's form handling and forwarded to us by email.
• Google: our email service, through which the request reaches us and where the correspondence is kept.
• Google Maps: the map on the contact page. It loads only when you press "See it on the map". Until you do, the site sends Google no request and stores none of its cookies.

If you send your request by email or by phone instead of through the form, the same principles apply.

We keep requests and the correspondence around them for up to 3 years, so that we can refer back to an earlier offer on a repeat order or a later question. After that we delete them. If you would like your data deleted sooner, write to us and we will do it.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party advertising networks.

For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint the device and does not follow the visitor across other sites. Only general statistics about pages viewed and loading speed are collected. That is why the site has no consent banner.

While you fill in the quote form, the unfinished request is saved in your own browser's storage (localStorage), so that leaving the page to pick products from the catalogue does not lose what you typed. That text stays on your device and does not reach us until you press Send. Clearing your browser data removes it.

You have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• have processing restricted, or object to it.

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
